A celebration of life form Rick Hartley (retired BC Shasta-Trinity RU) will take place on October 26, 2013 at the Odd Fellows hall in Palo Cedro starting at 1300 Hrs. A pot luck luncheon will be served and the family hopes that all who knew Rick can attend and share a story about him.
