WALLACE — Robert Allen Wallace, 66, of Fresno died Sunday. He was a fire captain for the California Department of Forestry. Celebration of Life: 11 a.m. Thursday at The Well Community Church, Fig Garden Fellowship Hall. Arrangements: Cremation Society of Central California.
