It is with great sadness that share with you that retired Tulare Unit HFEO Harold Wyckoff has passed away. I talked with Harold’s son Lloyd this afternoon and Harold passed away Monday night peacefully. The family is still making arraignments for a Celebration of Life sometime next week. As soon as I have more information I will share it with you.
