Skip Powell passed away peacefully several days ago at home. Skip retired as a Fire Crew Supervisor at Washington Ridge Camp in 1987. Some of his previous assignments were Belmont Station and Iron Mine Camp.
Skip requested that there be no services for him, and the family will honor his wishes.
