I regret to inform you of the passing of SFRII Clifford Lee Haggard. Mr. Haggard began his career in 1953-54 and worked in FKU, MMU, BEU before retiring from SLU in 1986-87. Graveside Memorial Services for Mr. Haggard will be held on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at 10:00 am at Arbor Vitae Cemetery 1301 Roberts Ave, Madera, California. A reception will follow the services at The Fountains at Alluvial, 1650 Alluvial Avenue, Clovis, California. Personnel attending have been requested to wear the Dress Uniform.
