Just to let you know that my Dad Ted Paul passed away this morning after a battle with cancer. He was 90 years old and worked for CDF for 28 years, retired in 1981 from NYP as a Forester II at Nevada City Station. No services will be held as per Ted.
Ted worked in many Units
Kern County as a Fire Truck Driver & Station Captain, Region 5, Seaside, Trainee Region 5 Monterey Battalion Chief Region 5, CZU, Felton HQ Battalion Chief Region 2 BTU, Butte Fire Center, Ted ran the nursery for 18 Yrs ,Forester II Region 2, NYP, Nevada City, Forester II Ted loved growing the seedlings to replant the forest. As a kid, I used to go with him to find seed trees to pick the cones. Ted was a Fire Fighter that wanted to be a Forester and full-filled his dream with the Division Of Forestry.
