James Fraiser Fox, of Orangevale, CA, passed away at the age of 90 on Saturday, February 9, 2019.  James was born in Modesto, CA on July 6, 1928 to the late Bertha (Sweet) and Everett Fox and was the beloved husband of Mervilyn (Dunning) Fox for sixty-three years.  Services will be Saturday, February 23, 2019
